Typically Canadian

Last Monday we went to Limeridge Mall. It is a mall in Hamilton where there's a wide food area. When we arrived there, we went to the food area to do an activity about poutine. The activity was about asking the employees from the different restaurants questions about " la poutine".
We learnt that the poutine is from Quebec and you can find it in a lot of places, normally it is composed of French fries, cheese curds and gravy sauce. At the end of the activity, our teachers bought as a poutine, so we tried it. It was delicious. Ana B.
We asked people in the mall about the recipe to complete the questions that our teachers gave us, it was so good. Violeta L.
It tasted delicious!! Ainhoa J.
